The journey of authentic faith is lived out when we say yes to God over time. Living, relying on him. 

What does it mean to live authentically and TRULY know God?

When I look at the church today, I don’t see us living with the same expectation. I think the church has become a box we check or something we do because we are “good people.” 

The original recipe of the church is that we would be a people who live committed to gathering, committed to each other, and committed to growing.

The church gets messy, though, when we misunderstand or misuse the freedom we have in Christ.

…the way that we become a church that God has called us to be in one of those instances is that we start by focusing always on everything we do on the cross of Jesus Christ.
